Deposit Required

By contacting Holford Curaden Dental Clinic you can alter your appointment at no cost.
Please refer to our cancellation policy.
You can cancel your visit with us prior to 24 hours of your appointment and receive a full refund.
If your cancellation is within 24 hours, or you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy and a minimum charge of £25 per 15mins may be applied for late cancellations or failed appointments.

Are You Running Late?

We kindly ask all patients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete any medical or consent forms. A specific time has been allocated for you to see your dentist or hygienist.

If you are running late, we ask that you notify reception as your treatment time may be reduced to allow the next patient to be seen on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late then we may not be able to see you that day.
